We require for 24 hours notice to cancel float appointments.
If you have more than 2 rooms scheduled at the same time we require 48 hours notice.
If we do not pick up the phone, leave a voicemail OR text us at 630-854-7385
If you are contacting us outside of normal business hours email gofloat@floatnaperville.com
If you NO SHOW/NO CALL we will assess a $40 fee or redeem a float from your account as we have lost the opportunity to get another client floating and we cannot get that time back.
If you Late Cancel more than once, we reserve the right to assess a $40 late cancel fee or redeem a float from your account.
