CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We require for 24 hours notice to cancel float appointments.
  • If you have more than 2 rooms scheduled at the same time we require 48 hours notice.
  • If we do not pick up the phone, leave a voicemail OR text us at 630-854-7385
  • If you are contacting us outside of normal business hours email gofloat@floatnaperville.com 
  • If you NO SHOW/NO CALL we will assess a $40 fee or redeem a float from your account as we have lost the opportunity to get another client floating and we cannot get that time back.   
  • If you Late Cancel more than once, we reserve the right to assess a $40 late cancel fee or redeem a float from your account.
